Ongoing support is another element of successful software development. There are always going to be questions, maintenance requests, changes etc. that need to be addressed following completion. Egghead has a rich support infrastructure to cope with this.
We have a dedicated Customer Support team to handle support requests. Internally, all requests are assigned a ticket number and tracked through a database system. You can directly access this by either emailing our support address or by using our web based support portal: http://support.eggheaddesign.co.uk
Once the request has been received by us, it is assigned to the correct person and responded to. We have in place Service Level targets that our support personnel have to maintain, so they are anxious to help you out.
